All non custom Items will be posted within 3 - 5 working days 
all custom items are 10-14 days for smaller items and 15-28 days for large items

Local delivery is available for all resin or crystal tems , within a radius of the studio please email me to see if this is a option.

Returns Policy

The buyer is liable for the cost of the return shipping to the artist. Please contact me if you have any questions.

Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your art work then please return the work within 14 days of receiving it.
1.The cost of returning the item will be the responsibility of the buyer. When returning the item, you must ensure that it is not lost or damaged in transit. Therefore, we advise you to opt for a signed for delivery service. It can take up to 7 days for the item to reach its destination.
2. We will not accept returns for items that have been damaged post delivery. If this is the case, the item will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.
3.You must return the goods within 14 days of your receipt of the art work with both art work and all packaging in their original condition, securely wrapped, including our delivery slip and at your risk and cost.
4.After our artist has received the art work, we will credit your credit or debit card with the full purchase price of the goods returned. Please see our returns policy.

Returns Process
Please email me and I will send you a returns form containing and a return address. Please print this email and include it with the art work when returning the work. We advise you to opt for a signed for delivery, as we are not able to accept responsibility for items that fail to reach us.
We will refund your purchase when we have received and checked the item. Please see returns policy.
